Dear Dr. Gunther

Hello, how are you? I hope you are doing well!
My name is Diana Aguero nice to meet you! I´m interesed in having some advise to improve my eating habits to be healthier.

I am 23 years old, I usually run 3 days a week
First, i get up at 5:30 in the morning, then I take a shower at 5:45 am. Afther that, i drink a glass of water. Next, I put on my clothes, I make up and bush my hair. I usually drive my car and go to my job. Then, in my job, I eat breakfast ( for example, a sandwich and coffe) at a 7:45 am.
I always eat a snack (fruit or cookie). I usually have my luch at a 1:00 in the afternoon, and usually eat salad, ckicken, rice. I try to drink water all day. Sometimes I eat s dinner at 7:00 pm in my house.
Finally, I go to sleep at 9:00 pm. I will tell you what I eat fin each meal in the appointment on July 5a at 5:00 pm
